Ranch style home, with covered entry way porch. As you enter the home, you walk into the living room entry way with 2 couches with ends that recline. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fry oven. Nice wooden table (that includes a middle leaf-for large parties) with 4 chairs. Standard full bathroom with a shower, bathtub. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with dresser and mirror. Closet that holds a baby bassinet in case one is needed. 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, with a TV and closet 3rd room-kids room twin bunkbed, queen bed with a small couch, TV and 2 dressers. Stainless steel washer and dryer in utility room (Hallway to garage) 2 bay garage with a utility sink. Back porch has a 3–4-person hot tub Playset/Swing set in fenced back yard. North Pole water has a natural Sulfur smell. We have well water, with filters, softness, but it still smells, the more you use the water the less it smells. This is normal and safe please dont be alarmed. we have our water tested.
